How to use these forms

Once you’ve downloaded the correct form (SOLO or DUO), please follow these steps:
Join Discord
Fill in the form completely and carefully.
Save the file using this naming format: SOLO_PlayerName_ TournamentName or DUO_TeamName_ TournamentName
Join the Tickizz Arena Discord (if you haven’t already)
Open a registration ticket in the correct channel (SOLO / DUO).
Upload your completed form + the required screenshots in your private ticket.
Wait for the staff to review and validate your registration.
